I have contemplated not doing this blog for a while now. It just seems so selfish and self-centered. It is like I am constantly seeking approval and attention and that is just not who I am. I have lost all creativity and self-assurance in my craft. Don’t get me wrong, I will still be writing, just not for the world to see. I have a need to write uninhibited and freely. I only feel that I can do that if I keep a personal journal. I have restricted myself with the blog and I need to be free of it for now. I will still keep a craft blog at my website so everyone can see new projects.

Tara–I can So understand! I had a personal journal for years, over at DearDiary.net, but once I started doing the art blog, it kind of went by the wayside. There just doesn’t seem to be time in the day to do both, but I miss the personal journal.
